Return & Refund Policy
We want your Rooh Crystals kit to reach you exactly as intended. If something goes wrong, we’ll fix it—within clear boundaries.
Returns
- We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery
- Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
- Once the seal is broken, the product is not eligible for return
To request a return, email us at orders@roohcrystals.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Do not send items back without approval.
Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side.
Damaged / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos of the product and packaging
- An unboxing video may be required for verification
If verified, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened kits (seal broken)
- Used or handled crystals
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Note: Natural crystals may vary in shape, size, and color. These are not defects.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error is ours)
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- ₹100 advance payment is required for COD orders
- ₹50 COD fee is applied
- Advance amount is non-refundable if the order is refused
Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
